COACHING
In coaching, I work with partners and counsel, associates, and members of middle and upper management in the business services department. Before joining a global law firm, I held responsibilities as a managing partner of a consulting firm and as an independent consultant for human resources and organizational development. This allows me to effectively support entrepreneurial careers. My clients tell me: I don't have to explain everything to them.
TRAINING
My portfolio includes customized trainings. Examples include strengthening resilience, time and energy management, synergies in intergenerational collaboration, leadership skills, and team development.
CONSULTING
I consult on the design and implementation of a suitable coaching process for your organization. My background includes my own research on this topic, the successful implementation of a coaching culture, and a network of coaching professionals in large and small companies and organizations.
COOPERATION WITH HUMAN RESOURCES
I work closely with HR and people development experts to tailor the coaching approach and process design to their objectives. In this way, we can combine the type of offer with the corporate culture. I can support the positioning, but also the implementation of the coaching and the communication strategy. In doing so, I can draw on my own research and publications, as well as observe current trends in exchange with human resources managers and coaching experts.
